| You may draw out for any reason prior to April 16, 2007, with a full refund. Between April 18 and May 1 (5pm) there will be a $40 charge taken out of your refund. Absolutely no refunds, rider substitutions, or vet outs after May 1, 2007 at 5pm. Horse substitutions will be allowed until the start of the first qualifying round.
