12pm - 7pm .........Check-In & Numbering - Office Open for Late Entries
1pm - 8pm ..........Open Arena ($10/hour/horse) ** Sales begin Monday, Aug 12 at 10am - CLICK HERE TO PURCHASE **

Friday - August 16

8am - 9am .......... Office Open for Late Entries ** BOOKS CLOSE AT 9am - NO EXCEPTIONS **
8am - 7pm .......... Check-In & Numbering
9am - ?? .......... First Qualifying Round

Saturday - August 17

ShootOut T-Shirt Day! Contestants may wear an event t-shirt from any Summer ShootOut (1999-2024) in lieu of long sleeve western shirt and hat! Click for Details

9am .......... Books close for BBR X-Tra Sidepot entries!
9am - ?? .......... Second Qualifying Round (pre-entries in reverse order followed by late entries in reverse order)

Sunday - August 18

8:30am .......... Church Servies (east side of Coliseum)
10am .......... ShootOut Round (beginning with 5D ShootOut with quick awards presentation between each ShootOut)
